This course will provide the basic and advanced concepts and skills you need to be productive with Microsoft® Outlook: How to communicate via e-mail messages, organize your contacts, arrange your schedule, how to organize Outlook items, use advance message properties, and collaborate with others. This course assumes that you are familiar with using personal computers and have used a mouse and keyboard (basic typing skills are recommended).
